1. General Refund Terms

  • Refunds are processed only for eligible products/services as mentioned on the product page or agreement.
  • Refund requests must be made within the specified refund window, typically within 7–14 days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
  • To qualify for a refund, the product/service must be:
    • Unused and in its original condition (for physical goods).
    • Not consumed or accessed (for digital products/services), unless otherwise eligible.
    • Supported with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt/order ID).

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products/services marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Customized products or services.
  • Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
  • Subscription fees once the subscription period has started (unless stated otherwise).
  • Any service where work has already commenced.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
  • Once an order/service is in progress, cancellation may not be allowed or may involve a cancellation fee.
  • For subscription-based services, cancellation stops future billings but does not refund payments already made.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.

5. Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • Defective or damaged items may be exchanged after evaluation.
  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video).

6. Service-Related Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if the service has not been availed.
  • No refund for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
  • If Elevana cancels a session/service, the customer gets a full refund or rescheduling.
