satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, or
exchanges may be offered.
1. General Refund Terms
- Refunds are processed only for eligible products/services as mentioned on the product page or
agreement.
- Refund requests must be made within the specified refund window, typically within 7–14
days of purchase unless stated otherwise.
- To qualify for a refund, the product/service must be:
- Unused and in its original condition (for physical goods).
- Not consumed or accessed (for digital products/services), unless otherwise eligible.
- Supported with proof of purchase (invoice/receipt/order ID).
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products/services marked as non-returnable or final sale.
- Customized products or services.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed.
- Subscription fees once the subscription period has started (unless stated otherwise).
- Any service where work has already commenced.
3. Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled before processing or dispatch.
- Once an order/service is in progress, cancellation may not be allowed or may involve a
cancellation
fee.
- For subscription-based services, cancellation stops future billings but does not refund payments
already made.
4. Refund Processing
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing time may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Exchanges (If Applicable)
- Defective or damaged items may be exchanged after evaluation.
- Exchange requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with proof
(photo/video).
6. Service-Related Refunds
- Refunds are provided only if the service has not been availed.
- No refund for missed or late-cancelled sessions.
- If Elevana cancels a session/service, the customer gets a full refund or rescheduling.
